BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 2804 Faxon Street and 1800 East 28th Street, being on the southeast line of Faxon Street at East 28th Street. Lots 67, 68, and 69, block 6, Central Park Land Company Addition, as shown by plat of record in plat book 6, page 35, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 1296, page 86, ROHC, and part of the property described in deed book 2018, page 609, ROHC. Tax Map No. 156I-K-22 (part) and 23. from R-2 Residential Zone and M-1 Manufacturing Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Access only to Faxon Street; 2. A sight-obscuring wooden fence at least 6' high on the south and east property lines; 3. No open windows on south and east side of industrial building; 4. Use of property for screen printing only. 5. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
